Stanley thermosflessen met de groene gehamerde buitenkant worden al gemaakt sinds 1953. Deze nieuwe uitvoering heeft een extra wijde hals waar ijsblokjes doorheen passen en die het schoonmaken vergemakkelijkt. De Stanley houdt iets 12 uur warm of 24 uur koud. De ruimte tussen binnen- en buitenfles is vacuum en gevuld met fijngemalen houtskool, wat zorgt voor extra isolatie en een zekere bescherming geeft tegen deuken.
De dop is tweedelig, de buitenste is tevens een dubbelwandige kom. Draai de binnenste dop een slag en u kunt schenken.
